The Palestinian children have been born into an environment of war and violence. For the majority of children, this is the only reality they have known. On top of everything, Gaza suffers from an electricity crisis as well, which has affected their healthcare, clean water, sanitation and the economy on a whole. Contaminated drinking water has led to acute and chronic issues in children and without access to adequate healthcare the problems have escalated.
