Pakistan farmers struggle to survive: Battered by floods and trapped in debt. Floods have ruined their crops and homes, leaving many of the country's poor farmers struggling to restart their lives. HHO has the opportunity to provide 5,000 wheat seed bags to farmers who lost their crops and livelihoods.
The cost of a 50 kg bag of wheat seeds is $25 and having access to wheat seeds will make a powerful impact on their livelihood and the they can start winter wheat planting. This program is Zakat eligible and we will distribute these bags to Zakat eligible farmers in Sindh and Baluchistan provinces.
